1. When does wholesale pricing apply?
For 5 pcs or more in your cart, wholesale pricing would automatically apply.
2. I don't want 5 pcs of one item. But I want different items and the total pcs in my cart is more than 5…. Would wholesale still apply?
Yes. Wholesale pricing would apply on every item even if it is only 1 of each. Our cart reads the TOTAL quantity of pieces in order to apply wholesale discount
3. Do you offer free shipping also?
Yes, we offer free shipping if your order has between 5 to 100 pcs in your cart… AND … the value of cart is more than $100
4. I added more than 5 pcs in my cart, but still I did not get free shipping. Why?
Please check. It could be because either your value did not add upto $100 OR you exceeded the 100 pcs max. count to get free shipping
5. Does wholesale apply on all items?
Wholesale pricing applies to almost ALL items
Wholesale pricing does NOT apply to -
(a) bundled combination products OR
(b) economy packs such as pack of 2 or pack of 5 etc
6. Do I have to apply specially for wholesale pricing or ask for quotes?
Not required. Your cart automatically discounts your items based on the quantity AND spread of items purchased. BUT if you are ordering more than 50 pcs of any item, you may like to contact us to check for special pricing
7. What are the discount breaks?
Your cart automatically discounts your items based on the quantity AND spread of items purchased.
