Day 1:

Our Delhi team will pick you up from Airport; the team will wait
for you at the terminal with a placard bearing your name.
Transfer
and check in to Hotel:
Our team will escort you to your rooms in a 4 Star hotel at New

2:

You will have a full day to relax in New Delhi

Back to the hotel for the night

3:

Your train for Haridwar leaves New Delhi at 6:55 a.m.
Our team will pick you up from your hotel at 6:00 a.m.
They will escort you to your coach on Shatabdi Express bound for
Haridwar
Location: Haridwar
You will reach Haridwar by 1140 hrs; Our Rishikesh team will be
waiting for you outside your train compartment with a placard bearing
your name.

The team will drive you to Rishikesh ashram by non a/c SUV/
Ambassador CAR; You can eat your lunch and rest; You may attend
the evening Aarti at the Ashram;
Day 4:

Ashram Schedule:
Ashram wakes up early with morning prayers starting from 5:00 a.m.
The morning Yoga sessions will include 'Introduction to basic yogic
postures & practice' and 'Breathing and relaxation techniques'.
This is followed by lecture on Yoga and its applications
Afternoon session will include lectures on Yoga Philosophy and Yoga
Psychology
Evening session will have the popular Aarti ceremony - lighting
the lamps on the banks of holy Ganga

Rafting:
On the holy river Ganga
River rafting will not be conducted during the monsoon seasons
During these seasons, Religious Sightseeing will be conducted
The
sightseeing in Haridwar includes visit to Har Ki Pouri, Kankhal,
Chandi Devi, Mansa Devi, Bharat Mata Mandir and visiting the ghats
and temples.
Please note that you will have to pay additional charges of going
up to Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi by cable car
This trip would also include Triveni Ghat and other attractions
in Rishikesh
Drive to Haridwar Railway Station to board train back New Delhi
Location:
Haridwar
Your train reaches Haridwar at 6 p.m.; Shatabdi Express takes about
five hours to reach New Delhi; Dinner will be served on the train;
Our team will be waiting for you outside your compartment at New
Delhi railway station

Our team will transfer you to hotel room
You will be escorted to your 4 Star hotel room where you can rest
overnight
Day 10:
Location: New Delhi
You will have the entire day for yourself
Our team will take you around the city to historical monuments
You may also go on a shopping spree
Back
to hotel:
You will be driven to your hotel rooms to get fresh
Our team will then escort you to the airport for
