This trip commences from New Delhi with your pickup from the International Airport.

Yoga sessions will be customized and conducted in a planned manner, so that you are exposed to and learn various aspects of yoga - Asana, Pranayama, Mudras and Bandhas in a phased manner.

Residential Study Centre located in the midst of Spiritual Rishikesh

The study centre has 26 simple but comfortable rooms befitting a sincere aspirant. Hot and Cold water is provided, though hot water is available during morning and evening hours only.

The rooms have an unparalleled view of the mountains. Adhering to the concept of holistic health and well-being is the tempting cuisine at the restaurant, carefully prepared to rejuvenate, revitalize and renew.

There is also a nice and big yoga hall where you can practice yoga.

Internet Access is available at the centre.
