Objectives : Yoga
is becoming popular day by day. A wave of yoga is sweeping across the
globe. To introduce yoga as a science of Holistic living and not
merely as yoga postures, SVYASA has been offering this course over the
last 2 decades all over the globe with great benefits. At the
conclusion of this course, the students will be able to teach yoga to
general public the holistic way, to prevent diseases, promote positive
health and bring harmony and peace in the society.
A. Theory ( Total 4
Credits)
YFC T 101 Introduction to Yoga and its Streams (2 Credits)
YFC T 102 Indian Culture, Life and Message of Swami
Vivekananda, Sri Ramakrishna and Ma Sarada Applications of yoga in
modern life (2 Credits)
B. Practice (Total 4
Credits)
YFC P 201 Yogasanas (2 Credits).
YFC P 202 Pranayamma, Meditation, Devotional music and Kriyas
(2 Credits).
C. Practical Training
(Field work) (Total 4 Credits)
YFC P 301 Teaching Techniques, Karma Yoga (2 Credits).
YFC R 401 Report (2 Credits).
