YFC or the Yoga Instructor’s Course (YFC) is conducted by sVYASA, Bangalore, India.

The course involves 3 credits of Theory, 4 credits of Practice and 4 credits of Practical Field Work, making a total of 300 Hours of wholesome and comprehensive Yoga Orientation.
