Thai yoga massage therapy is used as a holistic way to restore
equilibrium in the body. Thai bodywork (aka Traditional Thai
massage, nuad boran, lazy man's yoga) focuses on pressure
points situated among ten energy lines across the body. It creates
a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and
well-being and it deepens the connection between mind, body and
spirit in both the giver and receiver.

Darryl Olive, MBA, MHA, CSCS, E-RYT 500
Darryl has over 12 years of experience in health and fitness.He has worked with a variety of clients
including men, women, youth, seniors and athletes and clients with chronic conditions.

Prior to KCFITNESSLINK Darryl was the Assistant Program Manager for the University
of Missouri-Columbia Department of Recreation Services' Group Fitness Program
and Personal Trainer for Healthy Lifestyles Personal Training.

Darryl has been a continuing education specialist for AFAA, ACE and ACSM. He is an experienced registered yoga teach .... More...
