Yogi Roshan is one of the founder members and elected president of the rishikesh yog peeth. As a lecturer in rishikesh yog peeth, he is trying to unfold the concept of ancient yoga and its various aspects (from history of yoga, different paths of yoga, chakra system, kundlini, samadhi to yoga therapy) in relation with modern psychology.
He is having a graduate degree from the Garhwal-university, rishikesh, uttrakhand, India.

Daily schedule for yoga courses (Sundays Off)

• Morning session
Starts at 8:00 am to 10:00 am
Teaching of pranayama and meditation (with little asana, mudras, bandhas and mantra-chanting)

• Break
From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
In between morning and afternoon session students can have their break-fast and lunch and also can go out side rishikesh market, ashrams, ganga beach or forests for a walk.

• Afternoon session
Starts at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

This course will take place at a scenic Study Center located in the Ashram area of Rishikesh and close to the holy river Ganges.This is a yoga & ayurveda retreat center with an Ashram ambience. It is situated near Maharishi Mahesh yogi's ashram (also known as the Beatles’ ashram). We have 25 rooms with the view of the ashram garden for a relaxed stay, a yoga section with some of the very knowledgeable yoga teachers of Rishikesh, an Ayurvedic Panchkarma center showing the ways for holistic living, an in-house restaurant serving Indian food with multi cuisine, in-house internet cafe and even a p....
