11:30 AM to 1:30 PM : Theory session
2:00 PM onwards: Homework and Personal Practice

If you would like to find accommodation and food at a place close to
our school in Delhi we can arrange this for a payment of around US$20 per day.

Accomodation that we can arrange for you will be of the following description:

- 3-bed roomed serviced apartment, with Telephone, TV in the pleasant suburban area of Delhi, Gurgaon, about 20 minutes from the airport
- Shopping amenities within walking distance
- 15-min from the Yoga Center by car
- Driver and car available daily on request for a small extra fee
- Kitchen and cook available.
